Different Types of Hemp CBD Products

You probably know a bit about hemp CBD and what it is used for by now. If you have not yet tried these products, you might be thinking about incorporating a certain type of product into your daily routine to improve your wellbeing. Depending on what you’re looking to treat or get out of a CBD regimen, there are many different hemp-based products that you can select from. Some people like to control the dosing of their supplements. Other people find it far more convenient and trustworthy to have a product that is already measured out for them. If you know that, you want to start taking CBD but do not know what to choose, learn more about different types of hemp CBD products that are available in retail stores.

CBD Tinctures

A CBD tincture was actually one of the first products of this type to hit the market. CBD oil gained popularity very quickly. These oil tinctures are measured using a dropper that comes with the product you have purchased. The most typical dose is somewhere between 100 milligrams and 1000 milligrams. You place the drops under your tongue and hold them there for about ten seconds. At this point in time, you can swallow the rest of the tincture. It will continue to be absorbed over the next couple of hours. The longer you can hold it under your tongue, the faster the results will be.

CBD Capsules

This is one of the quickest ways that you can use CBD on a daily basis. Once you have determined the amount of cannabidiol that you want to take each day, you can choose a product that provides you with that dose. Most capsule products tend to contain about 10 to 50 milligrams of CBD in each capsule. You may have to take more than one capsule if you are using a higher dose of CBD each day. You don’t have to worry about these capsules affecting your stomach. Simply take them with a glass of water. This only takes a few seconds out of your day.

CBD Concentrates

If you feel you need a higher quantity of CBD each day, you may want to look into concentrates. These high-dosed products will end up saving you a good deal of time and money. Your average concentrate can often provide ten times the average dose of CBD. They come in oil form, so you use a concentrate the same way that you would a tincture.

Topical CBD Ointment and Creams

If you’re trying to target one specific area of the body that is experiencing pain or inflammation, you can use a topical product. Not only will your body absorb the CBD right into the spot where it is needed most, but CBD can help on a surface level. It can be used to treat things like dry skin, eczema and psoriasis. Look for CBD topicals that use nano technology during their production process. This will help with the absorption of the product when it is applied.

CBD Sprays

One of the more weak concentrations of CBD product on the market, sprays can be used for a number of purposes. One to three milligrams per spray can be administered right into your mouth. You can also spray it onto your food or into your water.

Vaping Products

For people who use vaporizers on a regular basis, you can purchase a CBD vape oil that is compatible with your type of vaporizer. This is a very effective way to help your body absorb CBD since it is being inhaled rather than absorbed through digestion.

As CBD rises in popularity, there will be more and more products to select from. If you aren’t sure where to begin, think about what you want to gain from taking CBD. Also, think about what would be most convenient for you. If you are often busy and on-the-go, a capsule or tincture is probably the way you want to use your CBD. If you aren’t planning on daily usage, you may get away with vaping products or topicals.
